What are typical response and problem resolution times?

 

Once you submit a trouble ticket, an Art In Communications, Inc. consultant will usually respond within 1 - 2 hours. Some problems can be resolved immediately, others will require more troubleshooting. Here are some target problem resolution times:

 

  • Minor/localized issue (one that doesn't affect work): 48 hours

  • Moderate issue (one that makes it difficult to perform work or affects several users): 24 hours

  • Critical issue (one that stops work at your office and is widespread): 6 hours

 

What is NOT included in Flat-Fee Support coverage?

 

Art In Communications support is not an extended warranty policy for your hardware. We will troubleshoot and maintain your servers, PCs and printers to ensure they work as advertised. We will install replacement parts, if they are provided by the manufacturer as part of a warranty claim, but we do not cover the cost of these parts or replacement hardware. Here's a more detailed list of what is not covered under your support plan:

 

  • Cost of parts or replacement hardware

  • Software other than our diagnostic and remote access tools (this includes any security and office applications)

  • Support of PC applications other than the operating system and the Microsoft Office suite

Break - Fix Support, no monthly fee

Break - Fix Pricing Regular

$85 per hour. Time to start troubleshooting up to 36 hours.

$45 service call fee, in case a physical presence of a consultant is necessary.

 

Break - Fix Pricing Emergency

$135 per hour, time to start troubleshooting up to 6 hours

$45 service call fee, in case a physical presence of a consultant is necessary.
